Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before your departure time. We use Dominican Republic time (America/Santo_Domingo).

Send us a message through the contact page with your reference. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.

You have paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Please still cancel so your seats can go to other guests.

If you paid online and cancel in time, we refund you through the same payment method and confirm it to you in writing.
