Terms of service

Booking requests

Sending the form is a request. Your place is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown when you send your request is the one we apply to that request. Optional purchases and drinks ordered beyond the menu at SBG are paid separately.

Children

Children under five travel free and must be included in your request, because they take up a seat.

Allergies and health

Tell us about allergies and dietary needs in advance. For serious allergies, our team must confirm the details with the restaurant. Please follow your guide’s instructions, including when swimming.

Changes to the programme

We may need to adjust the programme because of weather, safety or venue availability. We will tell you about any change that affects your day.

Cancellation

See our cancellation policy.
