What is included in the price?
Transport from agreed service areas, a professional guide, entrance to every stop, lunch at SBG, the included tastings, and organisation throughout the day.
What costs extra?
Only voluntary purchases and any drinks you order beyond the menu at SBG.
Do children pay?
Children under five travel free, but they still need to be counted in your request because they take up a seat.
How big are the groups?
A regular group has a maximum of 30 guests.
Can I pick my meal?
Yes. Each guest chooses meat, fish or vegetarian. Tell us about allergies in the booking form. For serious allergies, our team needs to confirm the details with the restaurant, so please do not rely on the form alone.
Will I have to shop?
No. Taino Gifts is a stop for tastings and browsing. Purchases are voluntary.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your departure, using Dominican Republic time.
How do I pay?
Choose when you book: pay online and save $20 per person, or pay nothing today and the full price when you board. For online payment, we send you a secure payment link after we confirm your date.
Is my place confirmed once I send a request?
Not yet. Your request is saved and seats are set aside, then our team contacts you to confirm the date and your pickup details.
What should I bring?
Have breakfast before departure, and bring a dry change of clothes and suitable footwear. Follow your guide’s instructions when swimming.
